Commissioner Mara Cohen from the Commission on Community and Family Services provided FamilySource Center (FSC) families from All Peoples Community Center and the Bresee Foundation with a unique opportunity to greet Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff at the LAX tarmac on June 16.
FSC families arrived at the airport brimming with enthusiasm. Commissioner Cohen made special arrangements for our FSC families to have exclusive access to a designated meeting area, where Vice President Harris took photos with families. The atmosphere was filled with joy and pride, creating lasting memories for our families.
