With 16 locations established in the City of Los Angeles, we can help you find the resources to increase your family income, establish financial security, and build academic success.

Eligibility

  • Must be low-income city residents

What you need to bring to enroll:

  • Documentation to support applicant resides in the City of Los Angeles and
  • proof of household income

All documentation must be dated within 90 days of enrollment
