Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
Because we receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships, Housing Opportunities with Persons with Aids (HOPWA), and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), we are obligated to report to HUD and the public the administration of the funds through financial reports and the outcome of the projects.
At the end of each program year, we issue a draft of CAPER, the Consolidated Annual Performance, and Evaluation Report, to receive input and comments from Los Angeles City residents about federal fund expenditures. For 15 days, we post a draft of CAPER for public review.
The CAPER draft report for Program Year 48, 2022-2023 is ready for viewing and comment.
